What Roster stores
Roster stores your account information, workspace members, employee instructions, company knowledge, conversation history, delivered work, approvals, usage records, and configuration choices. This information is scoped to your workspace and is used to provide the product.
Connected tools
When you connect a tool, Roster uses the permissions you grant to perform the work you request. Credentials are stored on the server in encrypted form. You can review or revoke connections from Settings. An employee will follow its saved boundaries, and important external actions can require your approval.
AI processing
Roster sends the context needed for an assignment to its configured AI service so the employee can plan and complete the work. Avoid adding information that your organization is not permitted to process. Review connected-tool permissions and employee boundaries before assigning sensitive work.
Sharing and retention
Roster does not sell workspace data. Data may be shared with infrastructure and connected providers only as needed to operate the requested feature. You can contact support to request help with workspace data or account questions.
Your choices
You can update account details, change your email, remove connected tools, manage billing, and delete workspace records from the product where those controls are available. For questions, email support@get-roster.com.
